1Acceptance of These Terms

Before a withdrawal request can be processed you may be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued identity document, proof of residential address, and evidence of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide requested documents within the timeframe specified by gy555 may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawal requests pending satisfactory verification.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on gy555 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through the platform:

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. gy555 reserves the right to revise minimum and maximum deposit thresholds at any time.
• Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may vary based on your account status and location.
• Withdrawals from fully verified accounts are targeted for processing within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or where additional KYC checks are required.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. gy555 will not process withdrawals to a payment method that differs from the deposit method unless your account has completed full KYC verification.
• Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your sole responsibility. gy555 processes all transactions in BDT only and does not accept foreign currency deposits.

5Bonuses and Promotions

gy555 offers promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented:

• Bonus funds are credited in BDT and carry wagering requirements. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated on each promotion's detail page. Bonus-derived winnings may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully satisfied.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first deposit only. Any player who has previously held a gy555 account under any name or payment method is not eligible for new-player promotions.

6Prohibited Conduct

• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or technical malfunctions for financial gain. Any winnings arising from a known or reasonably suspected technical error will be voided regardless of the account balance at the time.

gy555 employs continuous automated and manual monitoring to detect prohibited conduct. Any account under investigation for a breach will be suspended pending the outcome of that investigation. gy555's determination on matters of prohibited conduct is final and binding.

10Amendments to These Terms

gy555 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the Last Updated date at the top of this page will be revised. Where appropriate, registered users will also be notified by email. Continued use of the gy555 platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. 11Governing Language and Contact

These Terms and Conditions are drafted in English, which is the sole governing language of this agreement.
